The Reaction Hybrid Race stands out with the ultra-compact but powerful Bosch CX pedal assist, the slim, integrated Powertube battery and twelve extremely smooth-shifting Shimano XT gears. Looks and functions great. An air suspension fork from RockShox and bulky 2.6-inch tires from Schwalbe guarantee grip and comfort in the process. If things go too fast or the trail is too steep, you can always rely on Shimano's extra powerful disc brakes. A reassuring thought. The basis of this Reaction Hybrid is the battery box fully integrated into the angled tube, with room for up to 750 Wh large batteries, even in the small frame sizes. This construction is not only beautiful, but also practical and rigid. The latter also applies to the head tube with extra-large diameter, for precise and swab-free steering. In combination with our proven Agile Ride geometry, this provides even more riding pleasure. Of course all cables run neatly inside and we have taken into account the possibility of mounting a dropper post. We have even thought of a low-entry version.
