The Acid 240 Disc, with everything on and on that is also on a big-man mountain bike, is just what kids like. The smooth Suntour front fork, for example, improves comfort and control on dirt trails. And the 8-speed drivetrain, including very wide-band cassette, gets them up and down everywhere. Quite safe: the hydraulic disc brakes have special children's brake levers. Concessions because it is "only" a kids bike? Absolutely not! The Acid 240 Disc is made of the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum as our big-man bikes, including lugs for a water bottle cage and fenders. The frame is therefore just as light and solid, but with the right proportions for kids. The geometry is also customized: playful and lively, but at the same time stable and easy to control. And because we know that a crash is nevertheless not out of the question, we have made the rear dropout to which the derailleur is attached replaceable.
